...to rule them all!!
Broccoli Ham Ring
2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 pound boneless fully cooked ham, cubed
2-1/4 cups chopped fresh broccoli
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Unroll crescent roll dough and place triangles on a 12-in. pizza pan, forming a ring with pointed ends facing outer edge of pan and wide ends overlapping. Lightly press wide ends together.
In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; spoon over wide ends of rolls. Fold points over filling and tuck under wide ends (filling will be visible).
Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Yield: 6-8 servings.

And I imagine you could use your own biscuit dough, as well, and do a similar thing. :) Yum yum! Marvelous served with a fruit salad.
And a big fudgy brownie. ;)

Hannah!!!!!
I was reading along with great enthusiasm until I got to the last paragraph!! You can't be serious!! (My goodness, I think you ARE!) What happened to ICEcream and fruit salad?? :D
Broccoli and Fruit Salad? Dare I say "Only in America"! But I will try The Ring - as soon as I figure out a substitute for "Crescent Roll Dough". Aussies can buy several types of frozen pastry, and one of them should do the trick.
Hugs.
HA HA HA!! I was thinking more along the lines of brownies, than ice cream. I just somehow neglected to put it in. I think I'd better fix it! Ha ha...and my brothers would say "Only Hannah" instead of "only in America"...they would probably have suggested both brownies AND ice cream, and that we can just forget the broccoli!
